Terms of Service

The following terms and conditions govern all use of Wired Whisker ("cafe", "we", "us", "our") and the services available at or through the cafe (taken together with the Site, the "Service"). By visiting our cafe and using our Service, you are agreeing to these Terms of Service (the "Terms"). Please read them carefully.

Admission

1.1 Cafe - Everyone is welcome on the cafe side of the cafe (no cats).

1.2 Cat Lounge - Children under 12 years old are not allowed into the cat lounge. To ensure the safety of both children and our cats, we have a maximum of youth admissions allowed per hour.

Animal Welfare

2.1 Our cats' welfare is our top priority. You must treat all cats in the cafe with respect and kindness.

2.2 You may not pick up the cats. If a cat chooses to sit on your lap, you may pet the cat gently.

2.3 You may not feed the cats any human food or drink or bring your own cat food or cat treats.

2.4 You must not disturb a sleeping cat or any cat in a designated "off-limits" area.

2.5 Any behavior deemed to be causing stress or harm to the cats, as determined by our staff or volunteers, will result in immediate expulsion from the cat lounge without a refund.

Safety and Health

3.1 You must sanitize your hands upon entering the cat lounge.

3.2 You should avoid touching your face or eating after touching the cats and before washing your hands.

3.3 If you have a known cat allergy, we recommend not entering the cat lounge.

Bookings and Payment

4.1 Reservations can be made online or over the phone, and walk-ins are welcome, space permitting.

4.2 Payment must be made in full at the time of booking.

4.3 General admission bookings to the cat lounge may be rescheduled or canceled for a full refund up to one hour before the scheduled booking time. Cancellations made within one hour of the scheduled booking time are nonrefundable. Exclusive cat lounge bookings may be rescheduled or canceled for a full refund up to one week before the scheduled booking time. Cancellations made within one week of the scheduled booking time are nonrefundable.

4.4 Guests who do not show up for their scheduled booking without prior notification will be considered no-shows. No-shows are not eligible for a refund or rescheduling.

Food and Beverage

5.1 Outside food and beverages are not allowed anywhere at Wired Whisker.

5.2 Please keep all food, drinks, and personal belongings out of the cats' reach.

Liability

6.1 We cannot accept responsibility for any accidents or injuries to customers or loss of personal items while at Wired Whisker.

6.2 If you cause harm or damage to any cat or property of Wired Whisker, you may be held financially responsible for any associated costs.

Changes to Terms

7.1 We reserve the right to change these Terms without prior notice.

Your continued visitation to Wired Whisker following any change constitutes your agreement to be bound by the modified Terms.
